描述

RH850/U2B 是瑞萨电子跨域汽车微控制器系列。作为新一代高端车载控制器件,其旨在满足日益增长的将多种应用集成到单块芯片中的需求,以实现针对不断发展的电气电子架构(E/E架构)的统一电子控制单元(ECU)。 凭借 28 纳米 (nm) 制程技术,以瑞萨电子用发动机控制 RH850/Ex 系列和用xEV RH850/Cx 系列的关键功能为基础,实现 32 位 RH850/U2B MCU,从而进一步提升性能。

新一代车载控制 MCU配备多达4个 400兆赫 (MHz) CPU 核心 + 多达 三个双核锁步。每个 CPU 核心都集成了还包含虚拟支持和服务质量(QoS)功能, 适用于 X-in-1 应用程序。 RH850/U2B 配备了最新硬件支持技术,可将多个 ASIL-D 软件分区整合到同一电子控制单元(ECU)中,并确保同时运行的应用程序之间不会相互干扰,满足 ISO 26262 ASIL D 标准。
