概览
描述
RX26T微控制器产品群是可在单芯片上实现磁场定向控制 (FOC)双电机控制和功率因数校正 (PFC) 控制的5V兼容产品。它搭载工作频率为120MHz的RX第三代CPU内核“RXv3内核”，通过可实现120MHz读取操作的高速闪存和三角函数运算单元（TFUv2）实现超高计算性能。定时器功能支持120MHz PWM（三相互补2ch+单相互补2ch），模拟功能配备3单元12位A/D转换器（2单元3通道同步采样和保持电路）。此外，它还搭载了保证振荡精度为±1.0%(–20℃≦Ta)的HOCO、数据闪存、单端PGA和比较器等，充实了小型QFN封装，有助于减少元件数量并节省空间。还有，它还配备了用于设备之间高速通信的CAN FD和用于与传感器实现高速通信的I3C Basic，从而可以在更短的时间内传输更多的数据。闪存采用双区配置，BGO/SWAP功能可在不中断系统的情况下进行固件更新。配备集成密钥管理功能和加密引擎的Trusted Secure IP-Lite，可降低系统中信息泄露的风险。
